About Bloom & Calm

A small practice with a simple mission: help families create environments where autistic children feel understood, safe, and free to thrive.

From clinical practice to family kitchens

Bloom & Calm was founded by a autism specialist who saw how many families were left guessing about sensory needs at home and unsure how to create and implement behavivour routines which would best serve their children to help them build a bright future. Specialist knowledge often stayed in clinics and charities, while parents were doing the hardest work every day.

We set out to change that. By bringing expert assessment and thoughtful design into everyday homes, we make sensory support and/or personalised autism consultancey practical, affordable, and family-friendly. Through mentorship and consultancy, we centre neurodiverse voices and autism-led approaches that make a real, positive difference.

Today we work with parents, caregivers, schools, nurseries and Yeshivas and Sems across Israel and globally to create spaces that feel like a deep breath for the whole family and indepth, personal mentorship and behaviour routines for familes and neurodiverse individuals themselves.

Our values

The principles that shape every consultation and every design.

Neuro-affirming

We celebrate autistic ways of being and design around strengths, not deficits.

Family-centred

Parents and caregivers are the experts on their child. We listen first.

Practical

Beautiful, realistic designs that fit real budgets, rooms, and routines.

Professional

Specialist training, clear recommendations, and evidence-informed choices.

Personalised support

Guidance across the areas that shape life — behaviour routines, secular and kodesh education, shidduchim, and workplace mentorship — always centred on the neurodiverse voice.

Torah values

Jewish values are woven into our work, with sensitivity around shidduchim, family mentorship, and the everyday life transitions that matter to frum families.

Our approach

We follow a simple, three-step process that keeps your child and your family at the centre:

  1. 1

    Listen & understand

We start with a detailed conversation — and sometimes an assessment — to understand sensory preferences, triggers, and daily routines.

  2. 2

    Design & recommend

We create a tailored plan, from room layouts and equipment choices to routines and environmental tweaks.

  3. 3

    Support & refine

We stay with you as the new space comes to life, adjusting based on what works and what your child needs next.
